We use e-mail links located on the “contact us” pages and other areas of the site to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have. We read every message sent in and try to reply promptly to each one. This information is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may also file your comments to improve the site and program, or we may review and discard the information. Your personal information is only shared with third parties with your explicit permission.

Newsletter and note to Parents

     We offer a free online newsletter on our site in which we ask visitors for their email address and we may run contests in which we ask visitors for their school addresses. The visitor’s contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.   No information gathered on www.traceywest.com is shared with any other person, group, or organization.

Our site provides parents the following option for removing their children’s information from our database to not receive future communications. 

     You can send email to tracey@tracewest.com or opt out at the bottom of the newsletter.

Children’s Guidelines

1. We do NOT request personally identifiable offline home contact information (home postal addresses).
2. We do NOT distribute to third parties anyone’s email address or any other information.
3. We do NOT entice by the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity, a child to divulge more information than is needed to participate in the activity

We may post your comments in the “Testimonials” areas after receiving your permission.

Request

Logged Files and Cookies

Author Tracey West web site logs IP addresses and browser types for systems administration purposes. These logs will be analyzed to improve the value of the materials available on the Web site.
